INTERPOL’s Stolen Motor Vehicle database is designed for police/member-country checks, so VehicleWatch does not assume unrestricted public API access. U.S. imported-vehicle history can be obtained through approved NMVTIS providers; those reports may include title/brand/odometer and, in some cases, historical theft information. JamDrives connector settings are therefore adapters—not bundled data licences.
